RMAF (Rocky Mountain Audio Fest) continues to grow in its fourth year.
Albert Porter and Arnie Chinta from AudiogoN were there and armed with cameras.

Audio Unlimited of Denver
Long time local dealer anchored the show with four large rooms that were set up very well.
They featured a wide array of Big-Buck to Best-Bang products,
plus a few World Premiers including the much anticipated dCS Paganini DSD system (their new stack).

Audio Federation of Boulder
Another CO peddler of the audio drug, a husband and wife team with
the energy of a dozen people. They are importers for Audio Note UK, debuting a USB capable dac in one room,
Marten speakers in another, yet running around shooting all other rooms.

Exquisite display with good Kharma
GTT Audio Video unveiled the long awaited Mini Grand Ceramique from Kharma, driven by the new M350 monoblocks from Tenor.
And in their BIG room they had the massive Vyger Indian spinning vinyl into MBL bad boys running the always exquisite Exquisites.

 | Nymphs from the green mountains?
The siren song of the Calypso speakers from Green Mountain Audio drew us into the room and then drew us into the music.
The beautiful creatures have Cast Marble heads and Time Coherent crossovers.
Roy Johnson promises smaller siblings are coming.

Paper covers Rock with Flare?
Heck yeah! Especially when that paper is from a ninth generation paper maker of the Japenese National Treasury,
and the rock is a finely hewn 22,000 Gauss hunk of alloy. The Lotus Group had the Feastrex full range driver singing into a Maxxhorn tractrix flare.

No beauty queen to be found, but the GURU speakers were dropping a lot of jaws as part of a mere $3,000 system. Keep an eye on Sjöfn HiFi (importer). They will be making waves in high-end audio with their price points and distribution concepts. |
 | The Best loudspeaker on earth ?
Or so claims YG Acoustics, displaying their 'Anat Reference' and 'Kipod' speakers made of ballistic alloy cabinets and in-house design algorithms. Driven by DCS digital and Krell amplification, this room defined the very term 'Resolution'.

Steve McCormack unveiled his new VRE-1 (Virtual Reality Engine) preamplifier. This fully balanced, zero feedback, active/passive hybrid utilizes Lundahl and Jensen coupling transformers. Steve's masterpiece will be sold factory direct from SMc Audio.
