The Meridian reps were great fun and proudly pointed out to us their company's re-emphasis on two channel equipment. Meridian believes there is a lot of life left in Redbook CD playback. Notably, their big introduction for the show is the 808/808i reference series CD player and CD Player with preamp. 

From our vantage point, for this powerhouse company to introduce  new two channel product, speaks volumes about the future health of the two channel industry.
